Register with our practice

We are pleased to welcome new patients to join The Allan Practice. We have one of highest NHS Choices and Google Reviews in the area and pride ourselves on the personalised service we offer our patients.

Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery. It’s free to register. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number, but it might help if you have one or more of the following: passport, birth certificate, HC2 certificate, rough sleepers’ identity badge, hostel or accommodation registration or mail forwarding letter. If you’re homeless, you can give a temporary address, such as a friend’s address, a day centre or the GP surgery address.

Catchment Area (Practice Boundary)

You can search for your postcode by clicking the magnifier in the top right corner of the map, this will indicate whether you live within the boundary or not.

Named GP

Each patient has a registered GP who monitors their care, when you register you will be allocated a General Practitioner. For continuity of care your registered GP and their personal secretary will look after yours and your family’s care. We encourage patients to always consult with their own GP where possible.
