Changes to the Calcot Medical Centre Car Park

We are aware of the recent difficulties some of our patients have had with parking at our practice. To deter unauthorised use of the car park and to improve parking for our patients, we have installed an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. This will be operational at all times, 7 days per week including bank holidays.

We hope that our patients understand the reasons why we need to manage the car park. We expect that these changes will allow all patients visiting our surgery, including those who are unwell and who require use of the disabled parking spots, to park when they visit. It will also help to ensure that our home-visiting clinicians can park when they return from their visits.

We do not make any money from the car park; our priority is to ensure that our patients visiting the practice are able to park when accessing our surgery. There is no charge for parking. However, you will need to enter your number plate on one of the machines inside the building when you attend to register the car.

We thank you for your understanding.
