We’re moving to a new computer system on Monday 23 November
We plan to move to a new clinical system called Medicus on Monday 23 November 2026. Your records will be moved securely to the new system. Some online services will be paused for a short time around the switch.
Key dates:
- 4pm, Friday 20 November: last time to order repeat prescriptions in the NHS App before the switch.
- 5pm, Friday 20 November: Patient Access stops working for good. Please use the NHS App instead.
- 6:30pm, Friday 20 November to 8am, Monday 23 November: online forms unavailable.
Please check your contact details, especially your email address, and order your repeat prescriptions early.
