It’s okay to not feel okay — but you don’t have to go through it alone.

Sometimes it can be hard to recognise when we might need a little extra support. Signs to look out for include:
• Feeling low, anxious or overwhelmed most of the time
• Changes in sleep or appetite
• Losing interest in things you usually enjoy
• Finding it hard to concentrate
• Withdrawing from friends, family or daily activities

If this sounds familiar, reaching out is a strong and important step. Support is available — whether that’s speaking to someone you trust, accessing local services, or contacting your GP.
