🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Knowing what’s normal for you can help you spot any changes early. Check your breasts or chest regularly and look out for changes such as:
💗 A new lump or thickening in your breast, chest or armpit
💗 Changes to the skin, shape or size
💗 Changes to your nipple, including unexpected discharge
💗 Pain in your breast, chest or armpit
💗 Any other change that isn’t normal for you
Breast cancer can affect women and men, so everyone should be aware of possible changes.
If you notice anything unusual, please contact your GP practice. Most breast changes are not cancer, but it’s important to get them checked.
