Throughout National Walking Month, our team at The Allan Practice took part in the StepUp Challenge, encouraging each other to move more, stay active and build healthier habits.
Together, we achieved an incredible 977,000+ steps during May, averaging 8,929 steps per day! π A special congratulations to our top walker, Jo, and a huge well done to everyone who took part.
