📞 Reception Team Update

To support staff wellbeing and allow our reception team to take their lunch breaks, reception operates with reduced staffing levels between 12:30pm and 2:30pm each weekday.

During this time, there may be longer waiting times when calling the practice, as fewer team members may be available to answer calls and assist patients at the front desk.

Patients are still welcome to contact us during these hours if needed, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

✔ Visit our practice website
✔ Contact us outside of these hours where possible
