Complaints Policy

At The Allan Practice, our unwavering commitment is to consistently provide the highest standard of patient care throughout every interaction with the patient or their designated representative. Nevertheless, we recognize that situations may occasionally arise where you are dissatisfied with the service you've received.

To address such concerns, we have established a Practice Complaints Procedure in alignment with the NHS framework for handling complaints. This policy serves the purpose of guiding you on the steps to follow should you have any grievances or complaints regarding the service provided by our practice.

Complaints & Comments Leaflet

Whether you have a complaint, concern, or wish to share positive feedback about the care provided by our doctors or any staff members at the Practice, we encourage you to communicate with us. Your feedback, whether it's in the form of compliments or constructive criticism, plays a vital role in our continuous efforts to enhance the quality of our services.

Car Parking Information

The Allan Practice at Calcot Medical Centre has a free onsite level access car park for our staff, patients, and visitors.

We also have allocated Disabled/Parent and Child Bays directly outside our main entrance.

If the car park is full you can park for free for 1 hour at The Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross Hospital opposite the surgery, but you will still need to display a valid Pay & Display ticket for that time.

  • Disabled WC: We have a disabled toilet for the use of patients.
  • Disabled parking: We also have disabled spaces in our car park directly in front of the entrance .
