โ Create a safe space for children to talk about their emotions
โ Spend quality time together, even in small ways
โ Reach out for support if you need it โ youโre not alone
โ Encourage open conversations about mental health at home
You can also get involved by checking in with other parents, offering a listening ear, or simply reminding someone that support is available.
