โœ” Spend quality time together, even in small ways
โœ” Reach out for support if you need it โ€“ youโ€™re not alone
โœ” Encourage open conversations about mental health at home

You can also get involved by checking in with other parents, offering a listening ear, or simply reminding someone that support is available.
